Plant Futurist Feature: Sam Rappin

Meet Sam Rappin, an enthusiastic advocate for plant-centric food systems and a student of Environmental Studies at his university.

Sam's journey into the world of sustainability and food systems began in his high school environmental studies class, where his curiosity was first piqued.

Sam is the founder and president of Plant Futures Northwestern Chapter. He’s passionate about the endless possibilities that plant-centric food systems offer for making positive changes toward the environment. He is particularly excited about the amazing food that comes with this lifestyle.

As a member of the Plant Futures network and his chapter community, Sam is looking forward to connecting with like-minded individuals who share his passion for sustainable food systems. He appreciates the opportunity to be part of a community dedicated to driving change and promoting plant-based diets.
