We're excited to announce a unique opportunity for ALL UC students: Plant Futures: Introduction to Plant-Centric Food Systems. This virtual course, starting in Fall 2024, explores the connections between climate change, health, nutrition insecurity, biodiversity, social justice, food access, diversity and inclusion, soil health, technology, animal welfare, and much more.
