From major procurement shifts, to plant-based tailgates and campus farms, to skills-based curriculum offered across medical, government, and business schools. They’re building a better food system, and creating a blueprint for universities everywhere.

Your $25 becomes $50 – helping cover materials and snacks for a chapter meeting or workshop that brings new students into the movement.
Your $100 becomes $200 – seeding a mini-grant for a campus event, like a plant-based tasting, film screening, or guest speaker.
